Media notes
A bird in the nest entrance. The nest was in a hole in the bark of a large and old baobab tree, which had many holes, 15 of which, due to other Mosque Swallows. Presumably, the holes have been made by Woodpeckers, long ago, as the edge profiles of the holes were very rounded due to the growth of tree bark. Elevation: 286 m. Date added to IBC: June 21, 2016.
Observation details
IBC scientific name: Cecropis senegalensis monteiri.
