Towards the Sea

Presents a year's observations, mainly based around his native Romney Marsh, but with occasional forays to Norfolk and Bardsey Island, North Wales. The copious illustrations comprise many sketchbook pages of both paintings and line drawings executed in the field, as well as finished paintings completed in the studio.
