Anacorys

(syn. Mirafra Ϯ Fawn-coloured Bush Lark M. africanoides) Gr. ανα ana  again; Mod. L. corys  lark  < Gr. κορυδος korudos  crested lark  < κορυς korus, κορυθος koruthos  helmet; "A smaller species, M. africanoides A. Smith has much the appearance of the last [Africorys africana]; but differs in its shorter bill and smaller size.  It is widely distributed like Africorys and may be placed in a subgenus under the name of ANACORYS." (A. Roberts 1922).
