This is divisible into three subgeneric groups— Leucopolius (s. str.) for all save falklandicus, pecuarius, and sanctæhelenæ; PERNETTYVA (subgen. nov.), with C. falklandicus Latham as type, and HELENÆGIALUS (subgen. nov.) with A. sanctæhelenæ (Harting) as type, including pecuarius."
