Helopsaltes

(syn. Locustella Ϯ Pallas's Grasshopper Warbler L. certhiola) Gr. ἑλος helos  marsh; ψαλτης psaltēs  harpist, musician  < ψαλτηριον  psaltērion  harp  < ψαλλω psallō  to pluck; "we propose splitting Locustella into two genera. The name Locustella is restricted to clade J. However, no name is available for clade K. Accordingly we here propose a new genus name for this clade: Helopsaltes, new genus   Type species: Motacilla Certhiola Pallas, 1811.  Gender masculine.  ...  Etymology: The name means "the marsh musician", from Greek helos (ἑλος), marshy ground, and Greek psaltes (ψαλτης), a musician playing a string instrument" (Alström et al. 2018).
