This looks like an (Eastern) Black-eared Wheatear to me. The black face mask doesn't really connect with the wings and there are faint yellow tones on the breast.

Dear Jakub,

The black mantle shows that this is actually most probably a hybrid Pied x Black-eared Wheatear, and not just an Eastern Black-eared Wheatear. Such hybrids have been misidentified as Finsch's Wheatear previously e.g. in Bulgaria. My friend Reto Burri at the University of Jena is currently working on hybridization in Wheatears and would be the best address to confirm this ID.

Best wishes,

Sorry, the title should have said hybrid, not misidentified: Pied Wheatear. And very nice picture, by the way! Thank you for sharing!
