Based on the book "Roberts Geografic Variation of Southern African Birds" it should be ssp. galtoni.

IOC offers angolensis in northern Namibia, and galtoni in eastern Namibia. Howard & Moore offers angolensis in northern Namibia, and galtoni in C and E Namibia.  HBW/BLI offers angolensis in north Namibia, and galtoni in east Nambia.

I am going with the family monograph, Robins and Chats by Rose & Clement, which should be more authoritative, but, who knows?  In any case, they offer western coastal and central Namibia for angolensis, and E Nambia for galtoni.

I have studies the description in "Robins and Chats" from Clement and Rose and I will follow them. Therefore I change the ssp. to angolensis.
