The Fawn-colored lark does not occur in Kenya. I believe this is a Foxy Lark, ssp intercedens. The subspecies alopex and intercedens of Foxy Lark, the range of the latter includes Kenya, used to be part of the Fawn-colored Lark . This name is used in the guide Birds of East Africa but is a species that only occurs in Southern Africa.
