After the Hen Harrier attack the prey is left. Regular winter visitor in the Parma plain between November and March, with numbers fluctuating between 40 and 100 individuals, from 1997 (the year of the certainty of wintering). During the frequent daytime winter hunts, the individual takes off is immediately attacked by various individuals of Kestrel, Hen Harrier and Hooded Crow. After several minutes of pressure the owl leaves the prey. The Kestrel comes even to steal the prey directly legged Owl. Elevation: 33 m. Date added to IBC: June 22, 2016.
