Comments

This is the second year in a row that I have recorded male Basra Reed Warblers singing in the reed along the Riyadh River in Al Ha'ir. Last year I located three singing males in the same area. Intriguingly, there was a BB survey conducted there back in the 1990s and it was suspected then that the species may be breeding in the area.
