A Gibson's Albatross, together with two Northern Giant Petrels, waiting for bits of chum. This subspecies (Gibson's Albatross), which is sometimes treated as a separate species from the nominate, is a breeding endemic to the Auckland Islands. The nominate is a breeding endemic to Antipodes Islands and Chatham Islands (lesser numbers at the latter). Elevation: 6 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
