Media notes
Black-browed Albatross pair mutual preening. There is a healthy breeding colony of Black-browed Albatrosses on West Point Island in West Falklands. The nests are scattered amongst coarse clumps of tussac, and the rookery area is shared with breeding Southern Rockhopper Penguins. These albatrosses generally pair for life, and spend considerable time preening and greeting each other to maintain the pair bond. Elevation: 93 m. Date added to IBC: January 10, 2018.
