This is not a Tropical Kingbird, it is a Grey-capped Flycatcher (Myiozetetes granadensis).

Dear Greg,

thanks for this. Indeed I wasnn't quite sure but the white superciliary is lacking in Tropical Kingbird. I now found it in my book (Helm field Guide: Birds of Costa Rica, p.248).
