i think it is moulting Red Backed Shrike grey head white belly.

can you say first call in starting of video is of RBShrike?

In my view this is a juvenile Great Grey Shrike (L.e. lahtora) - according to IBC taxonomy.  Also sometimes called Southern Grey Shrike.
