Again, this is not a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker.  Zooming in too much has again over-pixellated the image.  It is probably Syrian (although I cannot detect any streaking on the flanks) but an open-faced Great Spotted is also a possibility.  There is a hint of red on the forehead which might point to it being an immature Great Spotted.

Thanks for the help! Apparently, I do not know much about the Spotted Woodpeckers...
